I have purchased twice from here and was highly satisfied with their service both times. As for the product, I have been using this particular brand for almost a year now, and I can confidently testify that it is working. I have been playing around with drugstore retinol for a while before using the tretinoin, so my skin was somewhat acclimated to retinoid and I didn't purge when I started (I already purged and peeled with retinol). Retacnyl was more drying in the beginning, and my skin reacted with redness when I initially applied it to my skin. But I understand that this is normal, and now I don't have any reaction aside from mild peeling around the nose and mouth. I also experimented with another brand but I by far prefer Retacnyl. The texture is way smoother, with no funny smell, and my skin can tolerate it much better. I'm using it to increase the glow to my skin and reverse-aging, and finally, I can confidently say that this actually gives results. I will keep buying as long as you keep selling this product.
